Shipping:


Shipping is free worldwide if you sign up to our email newsletter, otherwise it will be calculated on a case-by-case basis depending on where you are based.
Shipping duration is dependent on the shipping location but can take between 3-14 working days to arrive.
We will always try to make sure your jewellery is delivered within this timescale, however, occasionally due to issues out of our control, minor delays may be caused.
If an order is urgent, please e-mail info@lagrottacollective.com to see if the shipping expectations can be met.

Return and Exchange Policy:

 

You are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of your purchase as long as the jewellery is not damaged and packaged in its original packaging. 

Please e-mail info@lagrottacollective.com to authorise the return or exchange. 
La Grotta collective is not responsible for the shipping costs of your return or exchange item/s.

All products purchased between Nov 1st, 2020 until Dec 30th, 2020 will have an extended return period until January 14th, 2021. We will accept all returns as long as it is not damaged and packaged in its original packaging.

 

Jewellery Materials:

 

Pearls: All of our pearls are freshwater pearls sourced in Hong Kong.

Gold: All gold jewellery are 14k or 18k solid yellow or white gold.

Silver: All silver jewellery are pure sterling silver.


Jewellery Care:

 

To keep the lustre of your pearls, see below for what to avoid and how to care for your jewellery so they will last as a forever piece in your jewellery box: 

  • The best way to keep your pearl’s lustre is to wear them - the pearls will absorb the natural oils on your skin to keep itself naturally moisturised

  • Always put your jewellery on after you get ready to avoid spraying perfume, applying creams or any other liquids directly onto your jewellery

  • For daily care, gently wipe pearls with a soft cloth to remove any sweat, perfume or dirt before putting them away

  • We highly recommend that you store your jewellery in the La Grotta Collective packaging provided, and use the jewellery pouch included whilst travelling

  • To help protect the durability and high-quality of your jewellery, remove your jewellery when you shower, bathe or engage in heavy exercise, particularly when swimming in the sea or a chlorinated swimming pool

  • Keep your jewellery away from extreme temperatures, humidity or sunlight.

  • Avoid wearing your jewellery when using bleach, cleaning products and other chemicals


Custom Order:

Email info@lagrottacollective.com to see if we can make your custom order a reality.

Custom orders can take anything between 3-8 weeks.

 

Jewellery Warranty and Repairs:

 

If you experience any breakage or damages with your jewellery, please email info@lagrottacollective.com with a photo of the issue and your order number.

All jewellery purchased from La Grotta Collective will be repaired or replaced free of charge for up to 2 years. Our warranty does not cover general wear & tear or lost gems. We are also unable to return any items once they have been altered by a third party jeweller.
